Five stars! We opted for the basic tour and were blown away by the information from the guide and beautiful cavern. We had our two little kids 6 and 7 and our oldest son 18 plus his gf. All of us were just in awe. I would highly recommend for anyone in the area. All six of us toured for less than $90. Our tour was about an hour. There is also a small shop with lots of arrowheads and jewels, although we were told none of which came from the mine itself. Still 5 stars. Our guide also explores the mine himself, so he had lots of extra info to tell. Loved it!

Our tour guide was Stephanie and she was amazing! We visited yesterday (2-4-2023). Stephanie explained a lot of the history of the cave and mentioned several discoveries over the years, along the way. Great experience for adults and day dates for couples to do in Northeast TN. After our experience, we are planning to bring our kids and try the "Wild Tour" to experience and explore more of the cave, more in depth. The standard tour lasted just a little over an hour and we were entertained with information and history and sights the entire time! Highly recommend for a day trip!

We had an amazing tour led by Greg and had a blast at the same time. The cave system itself is truly unique and it was great watching Shelly eat animal crackers too. The whole staff was so friendly and we ended up spending over an hour just chatting in the gift shop. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. We can't wait to go back and take the wild cave tour!

the cave is a guided tour & our guide was good & made lite humor & made the time enjoyable which takes about an hour. We are in our 60's & it was not that difficult. I would suggest wearing shoes that might get wet & good grip soles. They have a gift shop that the tour starts & ends in. The price was reasonable.

Awesome place, great prices, people, and tour. The people who work here are so genuine and kind. The cave is also great, even with just the walking tour you see and learn a lot, Pound Puppy knows what he is talking about. I would recommend everyone I know to come here at least once. Greg is also a WV native, which was great!
