CE REPORTING

How do I keep track of how many CEUs have been earned?

ACE keeps a transcript of the CE activity you have completed with us. You can access and view your CE activity by logging into your account and clicking on your account dashboard.

Do I need to send or print my certificates?

No. ACE automatically generates certificates when you pass a CE Test. Your certificates are always available to you, regardless of whether your account is “active”. If someone requests proof of your CE activity, you can print your certificates. These completed certificates are found in your account dashboard.

What is the course expiration date?

The expiration date is the date when the course expires; therefore, you can no longer participate in the course for credit following its expiration date. However, as long as you complete the course before its expiration date, you will receive credit for that course even if it is submitted after its expiration date so long as you completed the course during your current certification renewal cycle.

If I take a course before it expires, can I submit it after the expiration date?

Yes. As long as you take a course before it expires, you can submit it after the expiration date. Please note that CEUs are applied to the CE renewal cycle you are currently in. Credits cannot be applied to a previous or forthcoming CE renewal cycle.
