Classic MudSlide
The word “Mudslide” might make you think ultra sweet milkshake-style co*cktails at chain restaurants. But have you ever had a classic Mudslide?It couldn’t be more sophisticated…and delicious! The original version is a riff off of the classic White Russian and was a shaken co*cktail with coffee liqueur, vodka, and Irish cream and served up in a co*cktail glass. It’s way more than a glorified milkshake: and so much more delicious in my mind. But feel free to try the ice cream version too!

- Classic Mudslide: If desired, spread the chocolate sauce on a plate larger than the diameter of your co*cktail glass, and carefully dip in the co*cktail glass rim.
- Place the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and heavy cream in a co*cktail shaker. Add 2 handfuls of ice and shake until cold. Strain the drink into a co*cktail glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
- Frozen Mudslide: Place the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, vanilla ice cream and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
