DURHAM– No. 7 Duke hits the road for its sixth ACC series of the season and third away from Jack Coombs Field, traveling to Pittsburgh, Pa., for a weekend set against Pitt. First pitch on Friday is scheduled for 6 p.m. from Charles L. Cost Field.

• GraduateBen Millercontinues to rake 33 games into the 2024 season. Miller leads the team in batting average (.452), doubles (15), OPS (1.297), hits (61), slugging percentage (.778) and on base percentage (.519). His 61 hits are also the most in the country by a single player. The Durham, N.C., native has also added 11 walks and eight hit by pitches, beginning the season with a 13-game hitting streak. He enters the sixth weekend of ACC play with a 14-game hitting streak and tallied his 19th multi-hit contest of the season on Sunday against Miami. In his last 10 games, Miller has posted a .488 average (21-for-43) with 14 runs scored, five doubles, one triple, one home run and 10 RBI. He is now five doubles away from tying a handful of players for fifth all-time in a single season with 20 and nine doubles away from tyingVaughn Schillwho finished the 1999 season with 24 doubles.
• FreshmanAJ Graciacontinues to chase greatness for Duke in his first season. He began the year with a 22-game reached base streak and added his eighth home run of the year on Tuesday against Liberty. Gracia now sits four home runs away from breakingAndrew Fischer's freshman home run record of 11. The Monroe, N.J., native has started all 33 games, producing a slash line of .339/.609/.473, while leading the team in walks with 26. Gracia has also posted 38 RBI this season through 33 games and is now chasingJoey Loperfido's record of 43 by a freshman at Duke.
