1 Identify your goals
The first step is to clarify what you want to achieve with your personal branding. What is your purpose, vision, and mission? Who are you trying to reach and influence? What are the problems you can solve and the benefits you can offer? Having clear and specific goals will help you craft a consistent and relevant message that aligns with your audience's needs and expectations.

If personal branding is not resonating with the target audiance.1st step is to understand what target audiance wants. Then find their pain points.See how personal brand can add value. If any of the synergistic value is achieved, its a win. Otherwise there is a mis fit between personal brand and target audiance. In that case my view is to work on targeted networking.

2 Analyze your feedback
The second step is to collect and analyze the feedback you are getting from your target audience. How are they responding to your content, products, or services? What are they saying about you online and offline? What are their pain points, challenges, and desires? You can use various tools and methods to gather feedback, such as surveys, reviews, testimonials, comments, social media analytics, and web analytics. Look for patterns, trends, and gaps in the feedback and use them to identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

3 Adjust your strategy
The third step is to adjust your personal branding strategy based on the feedback you have received. You may need to make minor changes or major overhauls depending on how far you are from your goals. Some of the aspects you can tweak include your niche, value proposition, tone of voice, visual identity, content topics, formats, and channels, and your engagement and promotion tactics. Make sure you test and measure the impact of your changes and keep iterating until you find the optimal mix.

4 Showcase your value
The fourth step is to showcase your value to your target audience. You need to demonstrate how you can help them solve their problems, achieve their goals, or satisfy their desires. You can do this by creating and sharing valuable content that educates, entertains, or inspires them, such as blog posts, videos, podcasts, ebooks, webinars, or courses. You can also offer free consultations, trials, or samples of your products or services. You can also leverage social proof, such as endorsem*nts, referrals, or case studies, to build trust and credibility.

5 Build your network
The fifth step is to build your network of contacts, collaborators, and advocates. You need to connect and interact with people who share your interests, values, and goals, and who can support you, challenge you, or refer you to others. You can do this by joining online communities, forums, groups, or platforms related to your niche, industry, or profession. You can also attend events, workshops, or conferences where you can meet and network with potential clients, partners, or mentors. You can also reach out to influencers, experts, or peers who can help you amplify your message or offer you feedback.

6 Be authentic
The sixth and final step is to be authentic in your personal branding. You need to be yourself, not someone else. You need to be honest, transparent, and consistent in your communication and actions. You need to express your personality, opinions, and emotions in a way that resonates with your audience. You need to be humble, respectful, and open to learning and improving. Being authentic will help you build a loyal and engaged following, a strong and positive reputation, and a lasting and meaningful impact.
